Charming hostel in the center of Visby

Our hostel, situated on the number one shopping street Adelsgatan in the Hanseatic parts of Visby offers nice accommodation in rooms with 2—4 beds. Everything that Visby has to offer is just a short walk away when staying with us!

The hostel offers six rooms, all with access to common showers, toilets and kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave oven and terrace with garden furniture). The hostel is situated on the first floor in a business building. No elevator, boutique on ground floor.

The hostel has a history dating back to the late 19th century. “Jernväg” means railroad in swedish and this was the place where travelers from different parts of Gotland stayed when the train stopped in Visby. The hostel has a 18-year limit, identity verification is done on all accommodation at check-in, people ages 18—24 will pay a deposit refunded at checkout if no mishaps caused during the stay. The hostel will require that all guests keep good order and that a pleasant and peaceful environment is maintained.
